Ole is trained as a social worker and has worked in this field for nearly 20 years until he decided a major career change. 15 years ago he became an employee of the municipality of Aarhus cultural department. He has worked with almost every aspect of arts and culture at the administrative level. This involves contact with both the political system and with many different cultural institutions. Ole’s work as a cultural consultant is especially focused on music. Ole has been SPOT festivals contact in Aarhus municipality since the festival's start and up till today.
